All Health and Beauty products are final due to restrictions placed on these items for health reasons. Other products are returnable if they are in same condition shipped to you without using or opening the packages. Full refund less shipping cost will be refunded for all unopened packages after receiving the order. You have 10 days from receiving the items to return the merchandise, but must ask for RA# to issue full refund back to your Paypal account after receiving the merchandise in above described condition.
